The Chaplet of the Divine Mercy
The Divine Mercy Chaplet is prayed on Rosary beads.
Make the sign of the cross.
On the first three beads: say the Our Father, the Hail Mary, and the Apostles Creed
For each of the five decades on the large bead (the one you’d say the Our Father on in the rosary) say:
Eternal Father,
I offer you the Body and Blood,
Soul and Divinity,
of Your Dearly Beloved Son,
Our Lord, Jesus Christ,
in atonement for our sins
and those of the whole world.
Then, on the ten small beads (the ones you’d say the Hail Mary on in the rosary) for each of the five decades, say:
For the sake of His sorrowful Passion,
have mercy on us and on the whole world.
After the five decades, you recite the following, three times:
Holy God,
Holy Mighty One,
Holy Immortal One,
have mercy on us
and on the whole world.
