CHARGES:
Shipping is FREE if your order is over $99 (USA & Canada only)
Shipping
is only $4.95 if your order is UNDER $99

is a $15.00 fee for shipping out of country. Scroll down for details.

TIME:
Regular orders generally take 1-2 weeks before shipping and are
filled in the order they are received.
During our busy times, orders may take up to 3 weeks to ship.

Accept Foreign Orders for an additional postage fee.
There
will is a $15.00 flat fee charged for shipping for all foreign orders

WE
CAN NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF ORDERS:
1)
ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE USA
(there are too many circumstance beyond our control) . We have run
up large bills trying to "re-ship" and/or "replace"
foreign orders. We can no longer do it. We do not have any control
over the postal systems in other countries. You are assuming the
risk and responsibility for whether or not your package arrives
if ordering from another country.
2) ORDERS SHIPPED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS OTHER
THAN YOUR OWN (We had folks shipping to friends or relatives
who claimed never to have received the package, although it was
confirmed. We've also had folks give us the wrong shipping address.
Because of this, we can no longer assume the risk as it was too
costly. Please, consider shipping to your own address and then giving
it to your friends or relatives. We will still ship to them..but..it
will be at your own risk.)
We can not replace these type of orders.
If
sending a check from a foreign country, it must be drawn
on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars...if not possible-please use your
credit card.
ORDERING
OPTIONS:
We encourage
folks to order online or through the postal mail.
We do
have a voicemailbox set up if you do not wish to order online or
through the mail. Contact us for this number (walt@cukierski.net).
We do not publish it openly anymore because it has been abused by
folks who do not share our faith.
Please
make sure that you are satisfied with your order before proceeding
to checkout. We cannot combine or add to any order once checkout
has been completed.
PRINT
CATALOG - We currently have a flyer of our Sacramentals
available. We automatically send one with each order. You may request
one by mail, also.
RETURNS
POLICY--ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We
are a small family apostolate/business struggling to keep doing
our charitable work. The items we offer help us to supplement our
many free programs. Because we are a small family apostolate/business
and not a large company, we cannot provide cash or credit card
refunds for any reason. If, in the unlikely event that the merchandise
you received was broken or damaged in shipping, we will replace
the items. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL before you push
the button to place your order.
There
is a small order fee on orders under $10 because our
credit card processor charges a good amount of fees.
If your order is under $10, please consider sending it through the
regular postal mail.
